Members wishing to cancel their reservation for an Event must call the Food & Beverage Manager Nathan Leach, at (603)888-9000 ext. 215, 48 Hours prior to the Event. An email or phone call will be returned to the member to confirm the cancellation.
-All members who fail to do so in the time allotted will be charged full price for the event.
Please refrain from calling the Pro Shop or Grill Room as there is an increased possibility of error. We want to bring this to your attention so that we may continue to provide an excellent experience for you, your family, and your guests.
